Evaluation of knowledge and perception of pharmacy students on phytotherapy at a public university, Brazil

Brazilian popular medicine, in relation to phytotherapy/herbal is characterized by a great biodiversity and the contribution of different ethnic groups, allied transmission knowledge successive generations. In this context, use complementary medicines health supplies large part population's needs, so it should be promoted rational way. Thus, descriptive observational study was carried out on medicines, with an emphasis phytotherapy, among pharmacy students at university Brazil, objective making diagnosis perception topic.
